Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unused tools in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included and the box is properly taped for transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our Kansas City warehouse using your preferred tracked carrier.
